Todd brings a military veteran’s discipline, a coach’s heart, and a believer’s conviction to every engagement. As a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team Member and Maxwell DISC Consultant, he designs and delivers Warrior Bear Enterprises’ signature leadership frameworks — Warrior Bear Leadership™, Standing Bear Leadership™, and GPS Leadership™.
His work draws on his doctoral studies, his Navy service — where he and Kim met and began a partnership now 36 years and counting — and his Native American heritage to help leaders build a fail-proof life, one grounded in faith, character, and service. Todd is currently writing his first book, Servant Leadership: Back to the Basics.

Kim co-founded Warrior Bear Enterprises to help leaders grow from the inside out. A U.S. Navy veteran, Kim met Todd while they were both serving — the start of a partnership now 36 years and counting, in life and in leadership. As a God Talks Coach, she integrates Scripture-based coaching with practical leadership development, helping clients lead their teams, their families, and their lives with integrity and clarity.
Kim’s coaching creates space for leaders to reconnect with their purpose, dismantle limiting beliefs, and build the character foundation that sustains long-term leadership success — in the boardroom and beyond.
